Returns
Are the products not to your liking? Then you can return it within 14 days of receipt. Please note: the return costs are for your own account, these will not be reimbursed.

How many days do I have to return my order?
After you have registered your withdrawal, you have 14 days to return your order. We recommend that you return your order as soon as possible to make the process go as smoothly as possible.

If you received a free product during a promotion and you want to return the order, don't forget to return the entire order, including the product you received for free. If the free product is not returned, these costs will still be charged.

When will I get my money back?
