How much fits in one of our moving boxes?

The size of our moving boxes is (LxWxH) 32x46x37 centimeters, which amounts to 55 liters of content. This is about a well-stocked kitchen cupboard or 2 doors of a dresser cupboard. Please note; large objects such as a fruit bowl or pans quickly take up a lot of space!
 
Our book box is (LxWxH) 33x47x24 centimeters, which amounts to 37 liters of content. These boxes are a bit smaller, but sturdier than our moving boxes. So that they can handle heavier things better. Please note that you do not make the book box too heavy. The book box must still be liftable.
